LEAD TIMES
We cannot guarantee lead times. Typical lead time FOR ENGINE KITS is 26 weeks from date of purchase. Choosing lower mileage options as well as other custom upgrades can add time. We do our absolute best to maintain the lowest lead time we can while offering the same complete quality kit. IF you choose to make changes to your order during processing it can result in extra lead times. It is your responsibility to make sure you know what you want when you order. RETURNS
DEPOSITS & PURCHASES
Deposits are an agreement on the part of the buyer to complete the purchase within 7 days or upon completion of your kit. Failure to complete the purchase will forfeit your deposit and the item will be relisted for sale immediately.
Purchases made with Credit Cards/Debit Cards/PayPal on in-stock ready to ship turnkey engine packages will be held for 6 weeks before shipping. Purchases via Cash or Wire Transfer the package can be shipped immediately.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ALTERATIONS
SHIPPING
Order alterations will incur additional lead time. Lead time will begin again from date of order change. Changes and alterations will be subject to upcharges.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTION.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL CREDIT CARD FEES BE REFUNDED.
**DO NOT SIGN FOR ANY DAMAGED FREIGHT AS IT WILL BE YOURS AND NO INSURANCE CLAIM CAN BE MADE. ALSO, WE WILL NOT WARRANTY IT SINCE YOU SIGNED FOR THE DAMAGED SHIPMENT**
**PLEASE INSPECT ALL CRATES FOR DAMAGE, HOLES, REPAIRED SIDES. EACH KIT IS SHIPPED FULLY ENCLOSED**
**IF YOU REF– USE A SHIPMENT DUE TO DAMAGE IN TRANSPORTATION WE WILL EITHER FIX THE ORIGINAL KIT SHIPPED OUT, UNLESS IT IS DEEMED UNREPAIRABLE, AND IN THAT CASE WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A REPLACEMENT**
We do not accept any returns or provide any refunds. We will repair or replace only within the 30 day warranty period.
Unless otherwise noted, ALL products sold from Mars Auto & Truck Parts are sold with the sole intention for off road or race track use, only. This product or products may not comply with some State, Federal, Provincial and/or Local laws, ordinances, regulations or emissions.
The buyers takes full responsibility of the use of these products on their automobile which may or may not conform to all applicable laws and regulations for on road or highway use. Mars Auto & Truck Parts will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following:
- i) The fault of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of his/her party or
- ii) The fault of a third party not connected with the provision of your placement which we could not have predicted or avoided or
- iii) An event of circumstance which we the supplier of the service(s)/product(s) in question could not have predicted or avoided even after taking all reasonable care
- iv) The fault of anyone who is not carrying out work for us (generally or in particular) at the time.
The buyer acknowledges that Mars Auto & Truck Parts has made him or her aware that these products are intended for off road or race track use, only.
The buyer absolves Mars Auto & Truck Parts from all responsibility in ensuring that his or her automobile is compliant with all State, Federal, Province, Local ordinances and emissions.
This waiver of compliance covers all past and future purchases from Mars Auto & Truck Parts.
THESE PARTS ARE LEGAL FOR — USE ONLY IN COMPETITION RACING VEHICLES AND ARE NOT LEGAL FOR — USE IN ANY OTHER MOTOR VEHICLE. These parts may only be used on competition racing vehicles operated exclusively on a closed course in conjunction with a sanctioned racing event. Competition-only motor vehicles may not be driven to a racing event on a public highway and must be transported on a trailer or other carrier. — USE OF THESE PARTS IN ANY OTHER VEHICLE MAY SUBJECT YOU TO FINES AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF FEDERAL AND/OR STATE LAW, WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY FROM Mars Auto & Truck Parts, AND CAN VOID YOUR VEHICLE’S WARRANTY. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable federal and state laws relating to use of these parts, and Mars Auto & Truck Parts hereby disclaims any liability resulting from the failure to use these parts in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.
