Thank you for choosing Mars Auto for your automotive needs. Please review the following warranty and terms and conditions that apply to your purchase:

  1. Warranty Period: Mars Auto provides a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that may arise during normal use of the product.

  2. Dyno Tuning: Please note that engaging in dyno tuning will void the warranty of any kind, regardless of the circumstances. Any modifications made to the product through dyno tuning are done at the customer's own risk and may result in the warranty being null and void.

  3. ECM Tuning and Diagnostics: Mars Auto does not cover ECM tuning and diagnostics under the warranty. Any modifications or alterations made to the electronic control module (ECM) are not eligible for warranty coverage. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any tuning or diagnostic procedures are performed by qualified professionals.

  4. Labor and Parts Replacement: Any labor required for diagnosis or parts replacement is not covered under the warranty. Mars Auto is not responsible for any expenses incurred in relation to labor costs for diagnosis or the replacement of parts, including but not limited to installation, removal, or transportation charges.

  5. Non-OEM Equipment: Please note that not all parts, such as the radiator, intercoolers, and fans, will be factory OEM equipment. Mars Auto understands that our packages are designed for custom projects, and OEM cooling equipment may not always be suitable. It is important to acknowledge that the warranty does not cover extra parts or missing parts after the 30-day warranty period.

Please note that the warranty and terms and conditions mentioned above are applicable only to products purchased from Mars Auto and do not extend to any third-party modifications, alterations, or repairs.
