We can remove the factory Active Fuel Management(AFM: where it disables 4 cylinders to improve fuel economy which causes lots of lifter problems and or upgrade the factory cam in your LT1 engine to a custom cam and valve springs including a trunnion upgrade specific to your build. This includes parts and installation!
